Dear Lenny, I am soo proud of you, I absolutely LOVED the book. There is way to much information for me to write to express on how much I enjoyed and loved reading every word in this book. All the many examples that you portrayed, I was at the edge of my seat. I mean it, when I say that I related to so many things that you wrote about and how it can help me and my kids my life. Your words are so motivating and inspiring, I loved the way you wrote about the Life Lessons Learned which get highlighted in each chapter. Your personal experiences shared in the book made you human and not just a superstar. Lenny, I mean it, I looked forward to every page and the useful knowledge I learned and presently sharing with my two kids. I loved the way the chapters coincided with nine innings of a baseball game to make it a fun and easy read for my family. Well done and congratulations on a great book to help others. My two kids will be reading it next after my husband Doug gets done with it. Congratulations on accomplishing so much by writing this book and getting it published in one year for yourself and helping others all in the same time.

Hi Lenny,

For some reason I woke up really early this morning and could not go back to sleep.....so Imade some coffee, got your book and sat outside on my deck and began to read. I endedup reading the whole book in just an hour and a half........mainly because I couldn't put it

down. I wanted to take in all the stories and advice you had because I don't get a "man's"perspective. At times I found tears streaming down my face and my heart breaking in a million pieces realizing what my boys are missing by not having a father around. The

heartaches the boys must feel inside is unbarely for me to think about.

Lenny Silva's Nine Innings, Life Lessons Learned is a must-read for anyone looking to live life to the fullest. This book is packed with practical advice and inspiring stories that will motivate you to be your best self.

I really want you to realize how much you mean to Matt. By taking the time to come over and give him that book means more to him (and to me) than you will ever realize. Every time you or Gregg or Jack Small take a moment to acknowledge Matt gives him such a

boost. He is such a sensitive kid and it has been so hard for him. He struggles with his schoolwork and I can't seem to make him realize how important schoolwork is. He gives so much to being a great athlete and he is in such need of recognition to make him feel

worthwhile .... a feeling he hasn't been getting with schoolwork...he shuts down and "gives up". I plan on reading your chapter on the importance of schoolwork to him myself!
